Shipping and Delivery
You may choose to pick your items up at Musson Theatrical at no additional charge, or have your order shipped via UPS. You will be able to choose standard surface freight, three-day, two-day or next-day delivery. To see how long your shipment is expected to take on UPS ground, click on the map below. Shipping via Federal Express is available upon request.
Items which are in stock at Musson Theatrical at time of order will be shipped the same day if your order is received by 12:00pm Pacific Time. Orders received after 12:00pm will be shipped the next business day.  Musson Theatrical reserves the right to ship your order on a pallet via truck freight if your order consists of a large amount of paint, fabric, or other large items that, in our view, are not suitable to regular UPS/FedEx shipping. Shipping price is subject to change based on actual shipping dimensions; while the majority of differences are a lower price we will contact you if an increase of more than $5 is required to complete your order.

If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted by a Sales Representative to determine if you would like to receive a partial shipment, or wait until your order is complete before shipping. Partial shipments may result in additional shipping charges.  Lead times for items not in stock are dependent upon manufacturer availability. When we receive your order, we will contact the manufacturer to determine when your item will ship and notify you of the anticipated delivery date. Should the delivery date be unacceptable, please let your sales person know and they will be able to give you options for expedited delivery if available.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation and tracking number from your selected carrier.

Musson Theatrical does not ship outside of the United States and Canada. US territories include the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

 

Ordering
Sales orders can now be placed online, please log in to your account before checking out in order to track your orders.  Please note that purchase orders are only available to established customers, please contact Amanda about setting up a Net 30 Day account.  You can also call in orders during normal business hours at 1-800-843-2837 or email us at sales@musson.com.

 

Viewing Orders
You can view the status of orders you placed online in the My Account dashboard.  For orders placed over the phone or in our store please contact Amanda to obtain a copy of your order.  Please include as much information as possible such as what you purchased and when.

 

Payment
Musson accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Customers with a pre-established account may enter a Purchase Order Number. Please also fax a hard copy of the purchase order to 408-986-9552, or email it to sales@musson.com. Please mark the purchase order “Confirming Only.” Persons picking their items up at Musson can also pay in cash or by pre-printed company or personal check with proper identification.

 

Updating Account Information
