COVID-19 Update (May 21st) — While our offices remain closed to the general public, Musson has resumed selected operations in compliance with county guidelinesNon-contact pickup is available for customers who place their order online or by email with our sales/rentals team.

While most of our team continues to work remotely, select employees have their direct extension forward to their cell phone.  If unavailable, you can leave a voicemail.  In an emergency, please contact us at COVID-19@musson.com or by leaving a voicemail in our general mailbox, which is closely monitored.

COVID-19 Information

As we all figure out our "new normal" during this pandemic, we created this page to share with our customers how Musson will be implementing certain procedures.

Building/Office Restrictions

  • Walk-up orders/quotes/visits are not allowed at this time.
  • Scheduled appointments are allowed, please contact a sales rep for further info and options.
  • Anyone entering our building must wear a face mask and sanitize their hands upon entry.

Will Call Instructions

We are currently offering Will Call pickup for all customers.  You can also have us ship your order directly to you.

Before Arriving, please note:

  • In-person and Cash transactions are not allowed at this time.  Payment must be made thru our website or over the phone.
  • Nobody is allowed in our building without a face mask.
  • Pickup available from 9am to 3pm (Monday to Friday), or by appointment.

When picking up your order:

  • When you arrive, head to either the SALES or RENTALS roll-up door (that corresponds to your order)
  • Call us at 1-800-843-2837 and mention your name, company, and that you're waiting outside to pick up your order.
  • If possible, please open the trunk and/or door(s) of your car where you would like the equipment to go.
  • Wait for Musson Staff to bring out and load your order.
  • Once complete, sign any receipts.
