June 2023 — Investors have shut down the professional division of Tectonic Audio Labs, and are focusing all of their energies on OEM products. At this time, no Tectonic equipment is available.

The Tectonic LS-218 Subwoofer delivers extended low-frequency performance and dynamic range through an advanced port design that optimizes chamber size, port velocity, and acoustic loading of the dual 18-inch woofers. The LS-218's enclosure exhibits superior sensitivity and power handling and provides increased gain over typical front-loaded designs. Two Neutrik NL4 connectors enable the system to be run with only two individual amplifier channels driving 8 Ohm loads or a single amplifier driving a single load wired in parallel at 4 ohms. Cabinets are designed for easy stacking, they can be used as a cardioid pattern acoustic solution when rear and side-firing low-frequency pattern control is desired.
