Replacement Compact Flash (CF) Memory Card for Paradigm Processor

Is your Paradigm Architectural Processor (PACP) giving you an error about "CF or Compact Flash Card Not Found"?  While this may be fixed by re-seating the card/processor, it's likely a symptom that the CF card is starting to go bad and needs to be replaced ASAP.  This replacement Compact Flash card is provided by ETC and designed for constant/industrial use; unlike the prosumer cards you typically find online.

• Pre-formatted with recent version of Paradigm, but requires existing configuration file! *
• Until a configuration is loaded, the system is effectively non-operational.  In an emergency call ETC Technical Services.  Paradigm ACP's load their configuration on boot, so if you're getting any error related to the CF card you should first save the config file to a USB drive.  Once the processor reboots (or is removed to replace the CF card), the loaded config will be lost!

• * Requires existing Paradigm Configuration via one of the methods below:

  • Processor still works? You can save the config file on to a USB thumb drive or SD card.  Then once you've replaced the CF card, load the config file.
  • Installing/Servicing ETC Dealer Contact the latest ETC dealer who programmed (or sold) the system, they should have a copy of the configuration file they can send you.
  • ETC Technical Services Worst-case, you can contact ETC Technical Services for their copy of your Paradigm configuration.  Please note this copy may be from the original install, so we recommend contacting your servicing dealer first in case they have a newer version.
• Please include the serial number of the processor (white sticker on back, save config to USB first!) when ordering.  ETC has determined that some of the OEM SanDisk silver-label CF cards are going bad prematurely, and will replace eligible ones free-of-charge.  By providing us with the serial number we can check with ETC to see if you're eligible, if so, we'll simply cancel your paid web order and relay your shipping info to ETC.
• Older generation (P-LCD) 7" Touchscreens are not supported in Paradigm v4.0+.  If your system has these older touchscreens you need a custom-formatted CF card to match your existing Paradigm version (or physically replace the touchscreens).  You can include your current version in the option above, or send us a picture of the processor screen.
