Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, images, logos, product descriptions, documents, and downloadable materials — is the property of Musson and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, stored, or transmitted in any form for commercial use, re-sale, or profit without the prior written consent of Musson. You may download or use content from this site solely for instructional, informational, or educational purposes, provided that:
- The materials are not sold, resold, or used to endorse, promote, or advertise any company, product, or service.
- No modifications are made to the content; and
- All copyright and proprietary notices are retained.
Unless otherwise identified, all trademarks, service marks, logos, product names, and brand identities on this website, whether registered or unregistered—are the property of Musson or its affiliated manufacturers. Order Acceptance
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent activity, your receipt of an order confirmation — whether electronic or otherwise — does not constitute Musson’s acceptance of your order. It also does not represent a confirmation of an offer to sell.
Musson reserves the right, at any time after receiving an order, to:
- Accept or decline the order for any reason.
- Limit quantities; or
- Request additional verification or information before processing or shipping the order.
If your order is declined or requires additional steps, our Customer Service team will notify you promptly.
Payment
Musson accepts the following payment methods on our website or in person:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
- Discover
- PayPal
- ACH (Automated Clearing House)
Musson accepts the following payment methods in person:
- Apple Pay
- Cash
- Pre-printed company check
- Pre-printed personal check (with valid identification)
Late Payment Policy
For customers with invoiced or account-based terms, all invoices are payable upon the stated due date.
Payments not received by the due date will incur a late payment fee of 2% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law), calculated on the outstanding balance until payment is received in full.
Musson reserves the right to place accounts on hold, suspend future shipments, or revoke account privileges for delinquent balances.
Purchase Orders (Approved Accounts Only)
Customers with an approved Musson account may submit a Purchase Order (PO). A hard copy or official PO document must be emailed to us for processing.
Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
- In-stock orders received by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time will generally ship the same business day.
- In-stock orders received after 12:00 p.m. Pacific, or on weekends or holidays, will generally ship on the next business day.
Back-Ordered & Special-Order Items
- Orders containing items that are not in stock (special orders or back-orders) will typically be held until all items are available.
- Customers may request partial shipments or drop-shipments; however, additional shipping and/or tax charges may apply.
- Musson may, at its discretion, ship partial orders or drop-ship items at no additional cost.
Freight Shipments
- Musson reserves the right to ship orders via truck freight when they contain large quantities of paint, fabric, or oversized items.
Shipping Locations
- Musson ships within the United States and Canada only.
- U.S. territories include Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Signature Requirements
- A signature is required for all orders over $1,000.
- For orders under $1,000, customers may request to waive the signature requirement but assume full responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.
Return Policy
All returned products must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, registration cards, documentation, and included accessories.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Musson’s Customer Service Department.
- Some manufacturer or distributor return policies may supersede Musson’s policy.
Musson reserves the right to refuse a return, or charge a restocking fee, for any of the following:
- Expendable items (e.g., makeup, tape, paper).
- Software, videos, or other non-returnable media.
- Damaged, used, or incomplete items.
- Returns requested more than one (1) week after receipt of shipment.
- Special-order or custom items.
Non-Returnable Items
- Color gels/filters are final sale and cannot be returned.
Pricing and Promotions
- Prices, product specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- Promotional pricing applies only to available stock.
- Some items (e.g., gel, gobos, makeup) may qualify for grouped quantity discounts.
- Pricing for logged-in customers may differ from publicly listed pricing.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP)
- Certain manufacturers require adherence to MAP pricing.
- Musson may sell products below MAP but may not advertise pricing below MAP.
- Musson is committed to ensuring customers receive the lowest possible price.
- Customers are encouraged to call for the best available pricing.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information due to a typographical, website, or supplier error:
- Musson reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for items listed incorrectly, even if the order has been confirmed.
- If a customer’s payment method has already been charged, Musson will issue an immediate credit for the incorrect amount.
Garage Sale
- Certain products may be sold in used, overstock, or discontinued condition and will be clearly marked as such.
- All such items are sold “as-is.”
- Musson will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in the event of a defect or issue; however, options may be limited or discontinued or one-of-a-kind products.
