COVID-19 Update (May 21st) — While our offices remain closed to the general public, Musson has resumed selected operations in compliance with county guidelines.  Non-contact pickup is available for customers who place their order online or by email with our sales/rentals team.

While most of our team continues to work remotely, select employees have their direct extension forward to their cell phone.  If unavailable, you can leave a voicemail.  In an emergency, please contact us at COVID-19@musson.com or by leaving a voicemail in our general mailbox, which is closely monitored.

Please note we will be closed on Monday, May 25th in honor of Memorial Day.  We'll re-open at 8:30 am on Tuesday (office still closed to public while we work from home).

Field Service

Our factory-authorized technicians have decades of experience in diagnosing and repairing theatre problems of all sizes in lighting, audio, drapery, and rigging systems.  Best of all, we frequently work with national manufacturers on warranty calls for their local installs, so you know you're getting the same level of quality and service.

Contact us today to schedule an onsite inspection of you lighting, audio, drapery, or rigging system.  Warranty repairs are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions.  For out-of-warranty systems we charge $125 per hour (door-to-door) with a 4-hour minimum.  Free email/phone support is also available.

In addition to on-site Field Service, we also offer equipment repair for portable items.
