The evolution e602 is a dynamic microphone intended for use on kick drum and other low-frequency instruments. The mic has a nominal Cardioid polar pattern, widening toward Omni at low frequencies and narrowing at higher frequencies. Features a tailored EQ curve commonly built into kick-drum microphones. The high-frequency boost is +8dB from 2kHz-15kHz; the low-frequency boost is narrower, with a +8dB boost centered at 70Hz. The e602 uses a humbucking coil to reduce EMI/RFI noise and includes an incorporated stand mount.
