- Which Upgrade To Choose?
- 4 Universes Standard License, on all consoles sold after June 2020. Intended for consoles sold before June 2020 (with less than 4 Universes of DMX).
- 10 Universes Upgrade License, will allow any NEO system to output up to 10 universes of DMX.
- 100 Universes Unlimited License, will allow any NEO system to output up to 100 universes of DMX (or the maximum your hardware supports)
- NEO Systems are limited to 100 DMX universes total
- Serial Number Look on the back for a white sticker, or view in the options/setup menu
