To create a flattering winged eyeliner, apply the Precision Eye Liner from the outer corner of the eyes and follow an upward angle away from the eyes.  You can enhance cut crease makeup designs by applying these liners along the deepest parts of the crease to achieve the ultimate level of glamour.

For stage, drag, and cosplay makeup, use the White Precision Eye Liner underneath the bottom eye line to make the eyes appear larger.
