This rigging hand line is made of multi-filament polypropylene braided around a core. Since its strength comes from the external braided filaments, it's considered low in strength, but is easy on the hands and a good choice for general purpose work. Also known as braided rope, haul line, rigging hand line, rigger handline, or riggers rope.

Not for use in counterweight rigging systems. The inner core can slip when the rope lock is engaged.
