This Hex Nut is used in the lamp burner assembly of Source Four ERS fixtures. Goes inside the Outer Lamp Focus Knob, make sure you still have the Wave Washer (accessories tab). Part of the lamp focus mechanism which orients the lamp in the correct direction. While we use the name lamp burner, it is also called a lamp burner, burnbase or burn base.
