- Touchscreen will not work on Windows XP based consoles (made before Jan. 2015)
- Own an early generation Windows XP console? The touchscreen compatibility is limited to select ELO models (we mainly sold ELO 1915L at the time, long discontinued). We recommend owners of older XP-based consoles send their console in for the paid Windows 7 upgrade/rebuild below, which in addition to new internals, unlocks compatibility with this and any other Windows 7 ready touchscreen.
