Ready to unleash more power from your Gio @5 console? This upgrade will increase the number of DMX addresses your system can output to the max capacity of 48 Universes (24K).
- Console Serial Number Look on the right side (near the back) of the console for a white sticker
- Console ID Displayed in the shell maintenance menu, select the "Upgrade Console" option. For more info, see steps 1-5 of this article by ETC.
- Current Software Version Displayed when you press the [About] key with a clear command line (please use full number, i.e. v2.0.1.9.0.41).
- See this ETC page for instructions on how to perform the upgrade.
