Nov. 21st — Lead time on shipping ColorSource Spot jr is estimated at 9 weeks * once the factory is given an order (which will also secure your place in line).
This longer than normal lead time is a result of the global chip shortage, and affects all manufacturers. ETC is literally working overtime to source new components and redesign affected parts. Unfortunately, the underlying chip shortage is likely to continue into 2023. While we all hope its resolved sooner, we encourage customers to plan for extended lead times.
* Due to the rapidly changing situation, lead time can change within hours of an update. Sometimes it can be extended due to supply chain issues like delayed/missing packages of critical parts.
ColorSource Spot jr gives you more of what you love at a fraction of the cost AND a fraction of the size. This fixture uses the same color technology as other ETC fixtures including droop compensation, extensive third-party lifetime testing, and comprehensive factory color calibration. ColorSource Spot jr is available in both original and Deep Blue arrays. With 5,700 lumens of brightness coming out of this light-weight fixture, ColorSource Spot jr fits almost any need.
Best for all-around use and what we recommend for most customers. Uses a regular blue LED for beautiful sky blue, turquoise, and pastels that render individual skin tones naturally, yet still delivers a punch with blue and magenta colors.
Best when saturated colors, especially deep blue, purple, and magenta, is what you're looking for. Uses the same LEDs as the Original, but replaces the blue LED with an Indigo one, which reduce sky blue and turquoise colors.
