Overview

The Desire D40 luminaire combines 40 Luxeon Rebel emitters onto one unit, for bright, efficient lighting. The PAR-shaped washlight is a multipurpose tool that can be combined into a rig with conventional fixtures or used by itself. The user-interface on the rear of the unit puts the control in your hands - Desire luminaires can be managed by any RDM-enabled controller or on their own without a console.

LED Arrays
Lustr	Best all-around theatrical-quality light. The x7 Color System is optimized to create clean white and tinted light, to bring out the beauty of set pieces, and render individual skin tones naturally. All while still providing full range color mixing.
Vivid	Broadest color range for spectrally-balanced saturated and tinted light. Able to match the color from your gelled tungsten sources, Vivid luminaires fit the bill when you need high-brightness light with bold impact and rich, saturated colors.
Studio HD	Combines an equal number of warm white and cool white LEDs for variable color temperature mixing. Adds five additional x7 LED colors to fill the white LED spectral gaps. Provides the richest variable white light possible in an LED luminaire.
Tungsten	Fixed "Warm White" 3000K LED array for max brightness when matching tungsten fixtures.
Daylight	Fixed "Cool White" 5600K LED array for max brightness in broadcast and studio applications.

Multiple control options, including RGB, strobe, and console free Master/Slave mode
L70 lifetime of 50,000 hours

17° or 22° field angle, use diffuser lenses as needed
